Change log:
- Reworked how players enter battles for First Strike, Normal and Surprised states for more accuracy.
- Lots of background optimizations to reduce lag that could accumulate by chaining lots of battles and improved overall performance.
- Enemies now respawn in their original location.
- Plenty of bug fixes and balancing tweaks.
